Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Important Notes

 

  • We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will require a reshipment fee.

  • If a package is lost or misdelivered by the carrier, we will reship your order once the issue is confirmed.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lifetime Warranty

Pathway offers a warranty on manufacturer defects or product malfunctions. If your product has an issue, send a photo to info@pathway.com. We will send a replacement promptly.


Coverage

 

  • Covers only manufacturer defects or malfunctions

  • Does not cover user damage (dropping, water damage, misuse)

  • No time limit on this warranty
